This signed and numbered vintage Pisces Zodiac pendant by Van Cleef & Arpels, crafted in the 1970s, features a striking combination of 18kt gold, approximately 0.05 carats of diamond, and about 0.15 carats of emerald. The design includes a ribbed bail that supports a circular pendant with high-relief textured fish encircling a starfish centered on malachite. The piece is accented with emerald eyes and a central diamond atop swirling sea-like malachite patterns.
