If you need to return an item, please contact us via email at with your name, address, order number, and the reason for the return. We will then send you a form to include in your package. 

Please understand that the return of a product is the responsibility of the buyer. It is her/his responsibility to ensure that the product is well packaged and insured for shipping. The cost of shipping depends on the country of origin of the buyer. Please note that shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned item must be in the original condition, unused, and with all supplied tags. It must also include any original reports & letters of expertise and any original packaging. Please follow the instructions provided by our team for returning the item.

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase or as store credit that can be used on our website. Please note that we do not accept returns on personalized or bespoke items.
