Description

This René Boivin Art Deco diamond cocktail ring, designed by Juliette Moutard around 1934, features seventeen round old-cut diamonds set in three horizontal rows. The center row contains five slightly larger diamonds, with the remaining twelve framing them. Additionally, two square step-cut diamonds are diagonally set on either side of the cluster design. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.84 carats and it's all held together by a heavy conforming band with stepped central section and intricate square backholing flowing smoothly down to a lightly tapered flat solid shank made of platinum. This vintage piece is marked 'JM FRANCE' and comes with official supporting documentation confirming its authenticity.
