These sapphire and diamond flower earrings are crafted in 18kt white gold, featuring square-cut sapphires weighing approximately 37.85 carats total, and round brilliant-cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.10 carats total with a G color and VS clarity. The heart-shaped petals are encrusted with invisibly set sapphires that surround diamond centers to create a flower design inspired by the beauty of nature. Measuring at one inch in length and .96 inches in width, these post-1980s earrings weigh 14.2 grams and come equipped with posts and omega backs for secure wear.
