This J.E. Caldwell & Co. ruby and sapphire puzzle ring, circa 1945, is made of 18 karat yellow gold. It features the alpha-omega symbol comprised of 33 vibrant pinkish-red rubies weighing approximately 2.75 carats and 33 deep blue sapphires weighing approximately 2.75 carats. It's signed on the inside of the shank "JEC" and numbered, indicating its authenticity. This unique size 6 ring weighs approximately 15.6 grams and can be worn as two separate rings or worn together to display the beautiful contrast of the blue sapphires and vibrant rubies.
