Made with 18kt gold and platinum-topped gold, it features a central oval-cut citrine of approximately 39.00 carats surrounded by intricate scrolling leaves and blossoms enhanced with pale green enamel. The piece is accented with old mine, single, and rose-cut diamonds totaling about 1.32 carats.
