Description
This vintage Edwardian ring, circa 1915, is crafted in tested platinum and features a cushion-shaped old mine diamond weighing 0.44 carats (G colour, VS2 clarity) in an open-back claw setting. Six round eight-cut diamonds flank the centre stone in open-back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.12 carats, for a total diamond weight of approximately 0.56 carats. The design includes millegrain edging, a pierced gallery, and fancy-shaped open backholing that leads to raised shoulders and a solid D-shape shank. Ring size is US 6.5 and it can be resized; the ring weighs 3.10 grams and is accompanied by Gemological Institute of America report.
