This Cartier Paris Art Deco pencil necklace is a vintage piece designed in the late 1920s to 1930s. The necklace features a mechanical pencil pendant made of 18kt yellow gold, black enamel, and rose-cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.20 carat. The base carries a monogram seal of "TMK". It's suspended from an enamel bail and black silk cord. This unique accessory showcases both style and functionality with its sleek design and subtle sparkle. Signed and numbered by Cartier Paris, this necklace is a rare find that exemplifies the beauty of utilitarian design. It also carries French assay marks along with a partial marker's mark for Pillard. The pencil measures 2.50" in length and 19" in length with the silk cord.
