This signed 1950s Cartier Paris gold and diamond corset ring is a stunning piece of mid-century jewelry. The design features two convex rows of diamonds framed by ropetwist borders, set in an 18kt yellow gold and platinum reeded mount. With a total weight of approximately 0.15 carats for the diamonds, this size 3 US ring has face-up measurements of 7/16" x 9/16", and weighs around 11.65 grams.
