Description
This vintage Monture Cartier cocktail ring from 1950 is crafted in platinum and 18kt yellow gold with an architectural design, polished edges, and a raised ridged gallery. At the center is a round old cut diamond of approximately 1.30 carats, accented by sixteen eight-cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.24 carats and eight transitional-cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.26 carats, for an approximate total diamond weight of 1.80 carats. The broad integrated shoulders lead to a ridged D-shaped shank; the ring is size 5.75 (US) and can be resized. Signed “Monture Cartier,” it comes with its original Cartier box and an IAJA report.
