Description

This vintage Art Deco ring by A. Tillander, circa 1920, is crafted in platinum and centered with a cushion-shape mixed cut natural no-heat Ceylon sapphire weighing 4.40 carats. The bombe cluster design is set with ten round old cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.32 carats and fifty-six round eight cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.56 carats, for an approximate diamond weight of 0.88 carats. Intricate foliate openwork with millegrain edging and a pierced gallery completes the setting above a solid D-shape shank. Ring size is US 7.25 and it can be resized; total weight is 5.61 grams, accompanied by a DSEF report.
