This signed vintage platinum eternity band from Tiffany & Co. features 19 step-cut Burma rubies. The rubies, which have an approximate total weight of 4.75 carats, are perfectly matched and display a deep pigeon blood red color. Crafted in the 1970s, this ring measures 4.18 millimeters wide and 2.25 millimeters high with a size of 6.75 that cannot be altered.
