These vintage cufflinks, originating from England and dating back to the Edwardian period of 1910-1920, are crafted in 18kt yellow gold. They feature a circular design with an infinity knot adorned with fancy-cut rubies (approximately 0.70 carats) and old mine-cut diamonds (about 0.08 carats). The cufflinks are connected by a trace link chain to a tapering baton link, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship.
