Description
These vintage earrings feature matching drop-shaped natural saltwater pearls suspended from an articulated openwork pendant with foliate motifs. Each earring is topped with a cushion-shaped old mine diamond, accented by additional diamonds for a total approximate diamond weight of 1.55 carats. Crafted in yellow gold with 18KT yellow gold butterflies, they are fitted with secure posts and butterfly backs. Measuring approximately 3.50 cm in length and weighing 6.30 grams, the pair dates to circa 1880 and is accompanied by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory report.
