This vintage Cartier ring from the 1950s centers on an octagonal step-cut natural Colombian emerald of approximately 2.28 carats, set in an open-back claw setting with minor oil. A cluster of sixteen round eight-cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.80 carats surrounds the center stone, complemented by two baguette-cut diamonds with a combined weight of approximately 0.20 carats (total diamond weight approximately 1.00 carat). Crafted in platinum and 18kt yellow gold, it features polished borders, a pierced linear gallery, and a solid D-shape shank; it is signed “Cartier Paris” and marked with the maker’s mark for Cartier SA. Ring size is US 6.5 and it can be resized; accompanied by an SSEF report and an antique Cartier box.
