This vintage ring from the 1980s features a striking 5.01-carat oval mixed-cut natural green sapphire, set in an open back claw setting. It is elegantly flanked by six rectangular baguette-cut diamonds with a combined weight of approximately 0.80 carats, all set in open back rubover settings. Crafted from tested 18kt yellow gold, the design includes polished edges and a pierced gallery that leads to raised shoulders and a solid D-shape shank.
